International Junior Golf Academy (IJGA)
Приєднався 28 сер 2013
The International Junior Golf Academy (IJGA) trains junior golfers for success in tournament golf and beyond. We are the only academy in the world that combines training, academics, and competition. Through our supportive and competitive environment, students develop the critical qualities of commitment, goal setting and a consistent work ethic to best impact their academics, golf, and future endeavors.
History
The International Junior Golf Academy opened its doors with an enrollment of six students in 1995. By 2000, the Academy had grown to the point that a housing campus was needed. In 2004, the program reached 100 students and now hosts over 140 full-time students.
Historically over 90% of students at IJGA have received college golf scholarships. Of our graduates, many are now playing at top collegiate golf programs including University of Georgia, Oklahoma State University, University of Southern California, Georgia Tech University, University of Alabama, and many others.

At least hold the camera steady dude

If Nick was in front of a bunch of 40 year olds, we'd be asking all the questions, and not yawning.
You're warming for a major not a monthly medal.....get in the real world.
Too much talk, kids are board.
All these different ways to hit a golf ball. Overwelming. I just concentrate on one idea to try to hit it solid.
Or is a golf swing always evolving
Someone told me don't know it's true but our skeleton's change 4 times in a life time so how time's does your golf swing change in a liife time 3 times ? or more?😂
Reminds me of myself yrs ago listening respectfully to my grandad explaining his days mining for coal .
I love hitting chippy wedges from 110 yards or chippy 9 iron from 130 yards. It’s easier to hit it straight at the hole and not over do it swinging hard with a sand wedge
They have absolutely no idea who they are with, nor do them see to care. He keeps talking about Jack. They have even less idea, or interest in who Jack is!
He was better in Star Wars 2
I think Sam Snead said: "You have to dance with who you brung." Nick talking about using what is working at 22:00
I used to hit 15 hundred balls a day, it was the hardest thing to put them away! Bob Seger nearly.
"I love to hit balls" me too. I think all the pros and the best amateurs share this love. Every day practically.
sooooooooooo cute
I really like this
Such a MOG bruh
Oh man I have so many questions! Nick is such an untapped source of knowledge.
Thanks very helpful!
Sir Nick is trying to get the kids to think for themselves. Mastery doesn’t come from being told what to do but by figuring out how how it is done so you can remake it for yourself. The best chefs practice their recipes for months before putting them on a menu because quality or performance is Knowledge, Practice and Talent. Talent is the least important. Knowledge is the most important. Practice is the only way you can tie it all together.
29:23 of this video is the REAL secret sauce ... O...M...G...
So funny the weekend golfers in the background whaling away when they should be sat at the front asking questions 😀
A brilliant template for every day golfers - he never took a divot.
Yet another example of disrespecting a truly gifted player. If I were that kids coach I’d pull him aside later and have him apologize to SIR Nick !
i dont want to be picky, Nicky, but if you only hit one shot every 5 minutes on the course and average 4 shots a hole, that makes 20 minutes a hole which is 3 holes an hour which is 6 hours a round :) aside from that, he's talking a lot of sense, but most of them don't seem to be interested - hmm...
Sir Nick is such a great teacher of the golf swing! Soooo many nuggets to practice on the range
Nick...I get you... bloodskjn
Pure gold from a true legend. You guys have put together a great program to get players of Sir Nicks calibre - what a great start for these kids!
Thank You for this valuable knowledge .
Balata golf balls young golfers would nt know what one is ha
funny how these kids dont realise how lucky they are to have a lesson with Nick, some look bored staring at the ground
Too young to appreciate the wisdom - I'm nodding to everything
Nick is just AWESOME! Thanks for the upload
Quality guy really fun to listen to everything he said

World class player. World class coach.
ends it by hitting one
When it comes to golfers who led the fitness revolution, only two names came to my mind. Gary Player and Tiger Woods! Great video!
I don't know how old you are but Gary Player was very big and still is with the fitness revolution.
Nick Waldo golf swing = hands and eye coordination
A golf clinic with someone like Sir Nick involves reading between the lines to get the best out of what he’s saying. Not something all kids may be good at! Interesting stuff though.
Winging it haha
This is gold. I was a huge Faldo fan when I started out watching and playing and this stuff is really fascinating. I remember him hitting the chicken wing fade into the 11th at Augusta in the play off to beat Ray Floyd. Watch the clip and you can see that there was never a chance the ball was going left.
club?
No lesson or tips. Too much wasting by talking .
Fundamentals, fundamentals, fundamentals.....
go broncos
i am glad college is better than u expected 🤎
we love fiona 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
beautiful video
A show warm down exercise would be good , it’s called the 19th , we need advice seriously
Sir Faldo! I got a ton of info out of this. I think we can all learn something from his swing thoughts.
